Shipping Policy

Processing Time:
Orders are processed within 1-3 business days after payment is confirmed. We then forward your order to our supplier for fulfillment.

Shipping Times:
Since we dropship products directly from our suppliers, shipping times vary:
South Africa suppliers: 3-7 business days
International suppliers: 7-21 business days
You will receive a tracking number once your order ships from the supplier.

Shipping Costs:
Shipping is calculated at checkout. Free shipping applies to orders over R750.

Delivery to outlying areas may take up to 25 business days.

Delays & Customs:
International orders may be delayed by customs clearance. Springs Supply is not responsible for customs duties, taxes, or courier delays, but we will assist you with tracking queries.

Out of Stock:
If a supplier is out of stock after you order, we’ll contact you within 2 business days to offer a full refund or alternative item.
